The food was fantastic, the staff were friendly, the place was spacious and had a nice shower, and its proximity to a bus stop was ideal.

I could see mountain from the guest room. The bed was comfy and there were an individual safe, central heating, and a TV to use. The staff were amicable and very very nice when asking for tips about Saalbach-Hinterglemm...

A wide range of food for breakfast, it was brilliant. Location: the hotel was short walk to both cable cars, the city center and all ski lifts.

Shame the bathroom was poor.

We had a decent Xmas experience at the hotel. the breakfast was good, with complimentary mimosas and hot chocolate. the location was great, right in the heart of everything. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. Plus, we loved the view from our room, it was lovely to wake up to it every morning.

Even after complaining several times to the staff, nobody came to fix it.
